Sovarest is a brand of PRIDE FOAMS, based in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use sovarest.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. “We”, “us” and “our” mean PRIDE FOAMS.

What we collect

Your account: name, email address, phone number, and a profile photo, bio or location if you add them. Your password is stored only in hashed form; we cannot read it.
Your orders: the delivery name, phone number and address you enter, what you bought and your order history. If you check out as a guest, we also keep your name, email and phone number with the order.
Payments: payments are handled by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to them; we never see or store them. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference.
Reviews: your rating, review text and any photos you upload. Reviews are shown publicly on our site along with your name.
Messages to us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form or sign up for updates.
Shopping activity: your cart, wishlist and recently viewed products.
Technical data: your IP address and browser details, which our servers process to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. We store a few things in your browser so the site works: your login session, and a random ID that keeps your cart and recently viewed products while you are not logged in. Clearing your browser data removes them.

To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns, refunds and warranty claims.
To run your account and send account emails such as verification and password reset.
To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
To answer your questions and messages.
To send offers and news, only if you have signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payment partner (Cashfree Payments), to take your payment.
Delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
Technology providers who host our website, database and images and send our emails, for example Cloudflare and Resend.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. We choose providers that keep it secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, even after you close your account. Messages are kept for as long as we need them to help you. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

Your rights

Under Indian data protection law, you can ask us to:

Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
Correct or update data that is wrong or incomplete.
Delete your account and personal data, except records we must keep by law.
Stop using your data for marketing, or withdraw any consent you have given.
Name another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Keeping it safe

Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and only people who need your data to do their job can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian’s consent. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.
