sovarest.com is run by PRIDE FOAMS, Bengaluru, India. Sovarest is our brand. These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. “We”, “us” and “our” mean PRIDE FOAMS; “you” means the person using the site.

Using our site

• To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, and be able to enter a contract under Indian law.
• If you create an account, give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
• Do not misuse the site: no fraud, fake orders or reviews, attempts to break into or overload our systems, or automated copying of our content. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that break these rules.

Products and prices

• Our products are made in India.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Any delivery charge, with GST, is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and foam products can vary slightly in size within normal manufacturing tolerances.
• Prices, offers and stock can change at any time. If a product was listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

• Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then, we may decline it, for example if the product is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address.
• Payment is made online through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Coupons are subject to the conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and only one can be used per order. We may withdraw a coupon at any time.

Delivery

• We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India, usually within 5–7 business days of order confirmation. This is an estimate; delays outside our control, such as weather or courier disruption, can happen.
• Delivery is free on orders of ₹20,000 and above. Below that, a delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Please check your order when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or wrong. The product becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order before we start processing it, and return a mattress within 111 nights of delivery. The full details, including how refunds are paid and how long they take, are in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Warranty

Sovarest mattresses carry a 15-year limited warranty covering body impressions deeper than 3 cm (under normal use on a proper base) and defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, a change in comfort preference, stains or damage from misuse. Under the warranty we repair or replace the mattress. To make a claim, email hello@sovarest.com with your order ID and photos.

Reviews and content you share

Reviews, photos and other content you post must be genuine, based on your own experience, and must not be unlawful, offensive or infringe anyone’s rights. You keep ownership of your content, but you allow us to show it on our site and in our marketing. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Our content

The Sovarest name, logo, designs, text and images on this site belong to PRIDE FOAMS or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

Liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This does not stop you from approaching a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
